Changing from micro-SD to full sized SD card would not be an upgrade.
It would be a downgrade. The original Pi used a full sized card and
these are approaching end-of-life.
This is why it is almost impossible to buy a micro-SD which does not
come bundled with an adaptor.
The Raspberry Pi Foundation Web site is hosted on a cluster of 18
Raspberry Pi 4, 4GB models mounted in a 1/2U rack.
That is 72 cores and 72GB of RAM, and all consuming less than 100 watts.

Bit disappointed about them jumping on the USB-C bandwagon and the

sticking to the nearly ubiquitous microB plugs and reversing a

So, any news on whether the official cases will be getting an upgrade
for the Pi 4 or any plans to release an official solution for adding
an internal battery?
