If I'm not mistaken, there are three versions of the Pi 4:
1GB RAM retailing for 40USD
2GB RAM retailing for 50USD
4GB RAM retailing for 60USD
That said, with all the different kits available from different
vendors, it can be somewhat difficult to find the board by itself and
the amount of RAM is just one of the variables that affect the price
of a given kit.
For what it's worth, Amazon has a CanaKit Pi 4 starter kit for
99.99USD that includes:
-4GB RAM Pi 4
-Case with fan.
-32GB microSD card.
-Power supply and power switch.
-heatsinks.
-HDMI cable.

Which I'm tempted to get whenever I can afford to upgrade(don't really
need another SD card, and have no use for the HDMI cable, but I'm not
sure I could find a better rpice on the rest buying individually).
