I just bought my pi 4 some time ago as part of a kit. Came with a bread board
and some other things like a case, power cable and SD card as well as patch
cables. Works fine for what I’m doing with it, running small phone systems.
The new pi 4 also had a memory bump to 2GB if memory serves.
Go for it.
