Wow I didn't know this but Windows 10 allows you to mount ssh drives now. I am
going to give it a shot. Here is the page that mentions it.

Speaking of scp, I don't know if there's a Windows equivalent, but I make
regular use of sshfs, a command that lets one use ssh to mount a remote
filesystem to the local directory tree.
