Five birders gathered in a light rain at Merrimac Farm in Nokesville for this
morning's Prince William conservation Alliance Last-Sunday-of-the-Month
Birdwalk. Perhaps because of the dismal weather, we only spotted 21 species.
The lone highlight was probably the large group of Cedar Waxwings. The walk
was pleasant, but we would have liked more birds.
