[ddots-l] Re: Fatter Sound & Remove Noise

I save any presets in Sonar's preset system, not in Waves. I adjust things in the inspector, then hit enter on the plug-in in the FX bin and use Sonar's load/save preset controls. Thos are totally separate from the Waves ones in the plugins that are not accessible.

You are correct Chris. the values for Waves in the inspector are
pretty wacky in a lot of cases. I have version 9. I don't think it
matters.

So I went through a bunch of Waves plug-ins today with the inspector.
It doesn't appear as though the inspector sees the factory presets as
a parameter unless I'm really missing something.

This is Kind a unNerving for me. I've grown to love them and depend on
them certainly as a starting point over many years of using Waves in
SoundForge. Interestingly, with HSC in SF, the values make much more
sense. At least for the ones I use mostly.
That's also true for the one sweet spot I've created in Sonar for Waves Reverb.

Also, Chris, I think you said that you save your own presets right?
where do you find them to recall them?

Thanks,
Floyd...
