Hello again, Stacy.  Just thought of something.  Have you ever thought of 
upgrading to Jaws 10?  You can do that by going into the Freedom Scientific web 
site, getting into the downloads page, using the arrow keys to find Jaws 
downloads, and choosing Jaws 10 from the Jaws downloads page of 
www.freedomscientific.com.  I thought tht downloading Jaws 10 might solve your 
problems, and you wouldn't have to un-install Jaws.  Just a thought.
