Howdy list,

Do you know how to record an automation fadeout in such a way that it
does not affect the volume in subsequent bars?

I am experiencing the following problem with recording a fade out volume
change using automation

On a midi track I have 100 or so bars recorded

My gradual fadeout is from bar 41 through 49

I disable the read enable button soon after I finish my fade out

I check this same track on bar 65 and I notice that the volume is
noticeably lower than what it should be

Based on the above described situation, do you know how to record an
automation fadeout in such a way that it does not affect the volume in
subsequent bars?

I think I am doing what the CT manual says correctly, but don’t know
for sure.

Thanks,

Ivan
