[ddots-l] Recording a click track using SONAR's Audio Metronome?

guys,

I'm having a senior moment. How does one record a click track using Sonar's
audio metronome as the source, rather than using one of one's MIDi instruments?
Currently, my audio metronome is output to Master. I thought that, if I chose
some other output destination for the metronome on my MOTU interface, such as
Analog, 7/8, I could then choose that as the input on a fresh audio track with
Master as the output. However, I can't seem to play the click back. what is
the proper routing?

thanks,
Kevin
