And that's exactly why I do most of my editing from DBT 'cause even if I
stayed in the original format then when I get ready to emboss I don't know
that all my changes took so it's just much easier and saves on hair-pulling
if I stay in DBT. Funny thing though: one day I forgot and went into DBT
to do something that was supposed to be in Word. When it came time to Save
and print and all that, I couldn't understand why it looked like DBT?????
<g< I stay in Duxbury so much that I forget there are times I need to use
Word. And I do love my Duxbury editing abilities.

Hi Londa,

You've stated the most important reason for making DBTW's editor a
powerhouse. I'll take your argument one step further: Files come to me in
several different formats, ranging from ASCII text to RTF files to Word
documents, and I have no idea how anything will look until I bring it into
DBT. Quite frankly, it takes too much time to keep switching back and
forth between my favorite word processor/editor and DBT, so I need DBT to
have as many built-in features as possible.
