I sorry it had been a long day but I believe it was the loader bug. I do remember him saying that it wasn't a serious bug to take back the defective units and would be an easy fix, but he was not able to fix them right then N there do to the lag of equipment he needed. And he said the problem would not be significant to prevent anyone from exploring their new toys.
