Hi Bill. I'm running Win XP SP3, all the essential stuff updated, and for Sonar, the latest 8.5 producer. For jaws, the latest version of 13, since I haven't updated CT to work with 14 yet, gotta get money together first. It also crashes with no screen reader loaded, if started in safe mode, for instance, it brings up the dialogue about copying application data, and when you cancel that, it crashes. I can't get you a sonar version because it keeps crashing, but win is XP SP3, that's all it shows me, and jaws is 13.0.1006.

Hello, John,

It would be useful to learn if SONAR crashes without JAWS running. Have you
tried that? If you have no sighted assistance handy, perhaps unload JAWS
and run Microsoft Narrator to do the talking.

Please remind us what version of JAWS and Windows you are running.

Bill
