You can reinstall sonar, you shouldn't have any issues, it shouldn't remove
the installed plug-ins, only those that were installed with it. For safety,
just grab the VSTPlugIns directory and copy elsewhere. If sonar removes  it,
you can just replace it with the backup.

I've got my projects in their own dir off on another drive, so I can just
point Sonar at them again. How does that work with things like dimension pro
Etc? Do I have to reinstall all of that also? The samples are off on another
drive too, so can I just install the vst and point it at them? That would be
the best since I have extra samples installed, and I'd have to go find them
in the backups.
