Yes, this is just what I've been trying to explain; the classic theme will
never return, the actual engine is gone!

Also, it's not possible to simply copy the classic theme across to Win 10, as

The Windows Classic theme doesn't exist in Windows 10. The only
option is to copy it from a Windows 7 install. However, keep in mind
