Subject: [ddots-l] Re: Windows 10 Classic Theme
On Dec 21, 2015, at 10:47 AM, Phil Muir said: Makes me now wonder if wehad all worked with a hi
contrast theme in Windows 7 rather than the Windows Classic theme if wewrite
would still be in this position. On the other hand I wonder if it may be
fairly easy to get Jim or someone else at least in the case of HSC to
a little wizard that would make all sets with colour detection Windows 810
compatible. Here's how it would work. We could have a post processingthe
function called something like HSC Check sets for Windows 8/10
compatibility. The code would run and update the sets with new colour
detection that would sit along side the old colours that are already in
sets thus making the sets Windows 8/10 compatible. This should be easyjust
enough to do as there are known variables for the sets to deal with E.G.
Windows 10 has a colour scheme that could be used. In theory HSC would
have to know what those colours are. Perhaps the if statement may looklike
this.and
If HSC set contains colour sets with colour detection then, update code
add Windows 8/10 compatible colour detection. Else do nothing.
What do you think?
