Hey guys,
So i did a properties on the sd card. It said the used space is 52
megs, does that sound right?
I see things like overlays, i see a bunch of things that start with
bcm, things like that. Does that help?
This is the name of the image i'm burning.
2020-02-13-raspbian-buster-lite.img
Any thoughts?

waited the requisite couple minutes for it to fully boot, and that
you have an adequate power-supply to make sure it doesn't flake out
on you (I've accidentally used an underpowered USB power-source and
the symptoms are hard to recognize because it's just flaky).
Are you doing an nmap to scan the network for it?
Are you checking your router/DHCP-server's control-panel to see if it
has extended a new DHCP lease to the RPi?
Did you try to SSH into it? If so, by name, or by IP address?
