[ddots-l] drums a wider sound

Hello,
I've gotten the art of making my drums sound decent as far as punchiness, bass,
loudness, etc. What i'm wondering, though, is what's a good way to make them
sound wider? I know drums aren't usually recorded completely stereo, but i'm
listening to radio recordings and the drums sound wider than they do in my
recordings. any plugins or techniques you folks could recommend?
