accounts you share are based on apologies, not on forgiveness although that
is a consequence.
For me, this is in line with the idea that we must first acknowledge that
for which we are responsible. Then from that a kind of reconciliation is
possible. Neither of your examples begin with forgiveness. They begin with
someone acknowledging their role.
One of the difficulties that can arise in constellations in general, is
that someone may find their role to be the solution. No one is ever the
solution. We are only small increments of acknowledging what is. There is
a chance one who chooses to do constellations too often can think of
themselves as the solution or a facilitator in some cases may even
think themselves as a solution. We are not the solution.
The solution is the flow of love through all things once again. This is
gift.
