There will always be an element of ambiguity since braille is not print. I know BANA is trying to reduce these barriers between braille and print but we can and should never expect braille to be print. As for the capitals, I have always wondered how blind children in Britton learn what is to be capitalized and what is not, because they surely need to know this when they go into the job market.
