Before determining if it’s the USB port what do do you have plugged into the
board besides the USB cable i.e. do you have a phantom power Mike that can
cause the issue
One of my phantom power might actually blue which is what was causing the board
to hick up as well
Have you tried plugging in the board into another computer
Port on the board cannot be replaced unless it’s someone from sound craft it
does it or technician that is certified to do it.
Sides that if you take out your warranty I believe you are covered for two
years so it won’t cost anything to have repaired

Dear list, okay, I have determined that my hubs, (all usb ports on my
