OK, so sorry for the last post.
Hey Terry just trying to help out
Where did you purchase the board I do believe that Sweetwater offers a two year
warranty on every product they sell not hundred percent sure though
Did you check the warranty on your board mine has a two year warranty from the
manufacture. So you could always send it in and have a repaired I’m sure they’d
be more than glad to either send you a new one or repair the current one that
you have.
If you’re strapped for cash or needing more funding you could do the following:
no I’m not suggesting everyone go this route but it’s a suggestion:
Could start a go fund me campaign and explain your situation that you’re
running your own studio and needing some funding to get yourself some more
gear. That works I see people doing this for all sorts of things like vacation
or sick causes etc.
Find away could you not call your State and have them see if they can’t get you
one?
You know that Bill and I at dancing dots are always there to help you out if
you need us to back you up with a letter of some sort for your state.
Bill if you’re reading this post I hope you don’t mind that I interjected at
this point but I could see the Terry is really frustrated and angry about this.
Its The trainer and me that’s taking over LOL at this point.
Terry, don’t give up, as there’s always a way that things will happen.

ch out to the whole world and you’ll see if they can help you out to get your
new board with moneys
I’m not trying to suggest that everyone go this route but they’ve had people
actually do go fund me campaign’s for their own vacations and all that jazz
just another way to reach out if you’re stuck or strapped for cash
Finally could you not reach out to your state service to see if they can find
you as you’re trying to start a home business for gaining an income?
I’m just trying to help you out as I can see you’re very very angry about
this just trying to reach out trying to see what other way I can help you out

Did you try Michael's test of the board without a USB port?
Test your board's power supply. Do you have a voltmeter or friends with
one? If your power supply is bad, maybe it's trying to suck power from the
USB port and it can start but once it gets going, it needs more power and
can't get enough and drops out.

Dear list, okay, I have determined that my hubs, (all usb ports on my
pc), are fine. Is it possible that the port on the soundcraft is bad?
If so, can it be replaced? Thanks to all of you especially Rich and
Mike for your help.
