I think market share is something that does need to be considered but yes, I do 
agree with your underlying point.  Windows and Microsoft had a monopoly and it 
wasn’t based on good service or quality products.  So you’re right there.  I 
assure you though, at least in the business market which I am more familiar 
Windows is not the majority at all.  It’s been phased out over the last 5 years 
and this really has had a huge impact on what’s used in the business world.  I 
care less about the consumer because the good jobs aren’t there, especially for 
blind engineers and technicians.
